Morning Ritual ?? ?
It’s time to confess, I am NOT a morning person. I don’t naturally wake up happy ready to face to the day, but I can quite quickly put myself in this zone.
Whilst undergoing self development I was exposed to a “Morning Ritual” which at first made me roll my eyes thinking “Great, now I have to wake up 20 minutes earlier everyday, when I hate getting up as it is”
I was so WRONG! ?This isn’t a chore or unimportant task on a to do list, it is literally a gift to yourself every single morning to lift your mood, your energy and to assert your focus.
Instructions – ⏰Set alarm clock to wake 20 minutes earlier ?Once your alarm goes off – Imagine you are a rocket about to take off. 5 4 3 2 1 LIFT OFF. Get up. That simple. Don’t snooze roll over or hide under your covers. Just 5 4 3 2 1 UP!
Head to your “quiet place”
MEDITATE ?? ?DO NOT pick up your phone and check any notifications or begin scrolling your social media feed ?Instead, Have a 5-10 minute meditation downloaded on your phone OR head straight to youtube and select a mediation you would like to start your day with.
My personal favourites are based around happiness, abundance and productivity.
Lose yourself in the mediation and embrace the feelings you aim to start your day with.
THANK ?? ?Have a journal and pen with you in your quiet place, it’s time to embrace an attitude of gratitude!
Each day write down 3 – 5 sentences which describe areas of your life and business that you are grateful for. Really allow yourself to be filled with thankfulness for where you are right now, and where you are going to be.
Once written, read them allowed. Day thank you for what you have, and for what you are about to receive.
I swear to you I’m not crazy!
Next you need to say out loud your affirmations for the day ahead. Your intentions for your life and business and how you want feel and act.
If your tired, re-affirm that you are full of energy and passion
If you are in a phase of procrastination, re-affirm that you consistent & taking action
If you are lacking in focus, re-affirm your clarity and so on and so forth.
DO NOT let your day rule you, YOU need to rule your day. Be assertive and begin to manifest your best self.
MOVE ???? Time to get up, time to raise your energy levels and DANCE.
Yes you read that correctly.
Dancing is a great way to shake of bad vibes, low moods and feeling sluggish. Simply put on your FAVOURITE songs to get you moving and get up and dance. ?
I KNOW YOU FEEL AN IDIOT, but who care’s?
I promise you after having a dance around you will be smiling, filled with energy and ready to start your day.

7 out of 7 days a week please, it will be a habit before you know it.
